How Zip Blitz works
Each day brings five rounds of ten trivia questions, getting harder as you go — Opener, Easy, Tricky, Hard, Brutal. You get fifteen seconds a question, and answering fast is worth more than answering late. Compare your day on the leaderboards, join a league with friends, or go head-to-head live.
The first three rounds are free every day. Zip Blitz Plus unlocks the last two, the full archive of past days, and a second streak freeze — see what it costs.
Common questions
- Do I need an account? No — you can play straight away. Sign in (Apple, Google, or an emailed link) when you want to save your streak across devices.
- What is Zip Blitz Plus? An optional subscription that unlocks the two hardest rounds each day, every past day since launch, and two streak freezes. Today's first three rounds are always free. See what's included and what it costs.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Menu → Settings → Manage subscription. If you subscribed on the website that opens Paddle's portal; if you subscribed in the app it opens iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep Plus until the period you've paid for ends.
- Can I get a refund? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — see the Refund policy. If you subscribed in the app, Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- I subscribed on the website. Does it work in the app? Yes. Plus follows your account, so sign in on your phone and it's already unlocked.
- How do I restore a purchase? In the app: menu → Settings → Restore purchases. On the web there's nothing to restore — signing in is enough.
- How do I delete my account? Menu → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data.
- I found a bug or have an idea. Please email us — feedback genuinely shapes the game.
